My name is Steven, and I own the Sorrel Weed House. I have been in Savannah for 12 years, and am embarrassed to say that this week was the first time I visited your fine restaurant. I was absolutely blown away by the food, service, and scotch.............. I honestly was expecting good scotch with the typical Savannah bar food.....( I am not a fan of most of the restaurants in Savannah.... there are only 6-7 places I would recommend, or go to myself). I ordered the Scotch Eggs and Bangers and Mash.............and it was the best I have ever eaten.  You also have a great atmosphere.   I do tours at my house and would like some menus or brochures to recommend to our customers. Great place!  (Ed. note: He came back 4 times the first week he found us!)

Sincerely
,
Steve

My wife and I had a fantastic first-time visit/dinner at your establishment.  Bianca was our waitress and she is just excellent!  Very prompt, efficient and helpful!  Made our visit very pleasurable, and we felt at home.  We also had a long conversation with Michael Brown who told us about the Pub, etc. and he told us that this was the original site for Paula Deen's restaurant and were surprised because we felt so comfortable there near the fireplace and we had felt we recognized it from past visits at Lady and Sons.

We feel that Molly MacPherson's is the best restaurant in Savannah by far!!!!!!!  Unbelievable Sheperd's Pie. The best we have ever had at any British, Irish, or Scottish establishments we have visited before....even in Victoria, British Columbia!!!!!!  In our future trips to Savannah, this will be our first dining stop, and, possibly, only one.

Please do not change the menu, the ambiance, etc., it is really great... and the food prices are very reasonable compared to other places in Savannah!!!!  We live in the Daytona Beach area of Florida and on our way back after the weekend we stopped at a favorite restaurant in St. Augustine and got into conversation with a couple and recommended Molly MacPherson’s to them the next time they get up your way...in fact gave them one of your bus. cards.

Once again, we really enjoyed our visit and will come again, hopefully, on President's Day in February.

Sincerely,

Stan & Paulette

About a year ago my wife Ann and I visited Savannah and ate at your restaurant. We both had Scotch Broth, one of my favorite soups. Ann, Scottish herself (Morrison from Dumbarton ) makes me Scotch Broth on occasion. But, the Broth served in your restaurant was marvelous. I wonder if you would share the recipe with me? And I would also understand if you are unable too. But I could not resist asking.

Hello,

Me and my friends were just in your bar (Friday/Saturday)

and had a blast. Your bartenders were the most fun and the

experience was just what the doctor ordered. We took some

photos that I thought you might like to take a peek at.

Thanks again,

Jennifer McKinley

Just a quick note to Thank you for the hospitality during our
recent visit to Savannah. My wife and I really enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent and so was the GUINNESS!
We look forward to our next visit and will probably book a hotel a lot closer to your fine establishment (hopefully within crawling distance)!

To the wonderful owners and staff of Molly Macpherson’s,

My wife and I came into your fine establishment several times over our recent trip to Savannah and boy did we enjoy it! We came in prior to the Pub Tour and the owners and staff chatted with us and that was a treat. It is so nice to see people living their dreams (especially over a few pints!). In case you forgot, we were the tall guy and the short Korean girl. I was so glad I got to come back and wish you folks a happy new year (thanks for the hug!). My wife really enjoyed the potato scones btw.

I wish you the best of luck and I cannot wait to return to Savannah!

Fondest Regards for the New Year,

Stacy & Erin Nicholson

Just want to let you guys know how MUCH we enjoyed your establishment on this trip – Molly’s is officially one of our favorite places in Savannah now (since we ate there many times this trip).

The offer still stands You can hire us to eat in the right-front window every day – just image how much business you guys would get with this wee-bit of marketing strategy.

We wish each of you the happiest of holiday spirit.

The guys from Alabama,
Willard, Deb and Jesse
