Since many say that a Pub's reputation is in direct proportion to its beer and single malt selection - then our reputation is sure to impress you!

Most of our Single Malts are displayed on English pourers, dispensing a perfect shot each time. Our Beer List is also quite varied. Some selections change over time and from pub to pub, as we try to adjust to what our clients are looking for and production issues at various distilleries.

As you make your selection, perhaps you'll see an old favorite, or maybe you'll try something new. Whatever you choose, enjoy the experience! 

Molly MacPherson’s takes pride in offering our customers the East Coast's largest selection of Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Between our two locations, we've got about 270 different ones (Savannah has over 120, Richmond Hill over 80 and Charlotte with over 70)! We hope to enhance your Scotch knowledge, if possible, and allow the discerning customer an opportunity to enjoy a fulfilling whisky experience. 

Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the product of one specific distillery and has not been mixed with whisky from any other distillery. The distilleries and their products are generally categorized by their region of the country. Each regions has its own particular distinctive style of malt whisky.

 
Flights:

Flights (preselected choices of various Single Malts) allow you to try a small amount of multiple selections before you buy (a whole shot). Perhaps you'll find a new favorite this way. Flights allow you to expand your Single Malt experience when it's convenient and appropriate for you.

We will provide you with some excerpted information on each of the Single Malts on your flight to help you notice some of the subtleties and differences between them. In addition, our bartenders are more than happy to help educate you on the whiskies, as well.

We have seven different flights available - from a Starter Flight (an introduction to all five regions) to our Finely Aged Flight (everything is over 18 years old!). Other flights focus on one particular region. Perhaps you'll find a new favorite this way. 

Imported and Domestic Beer

We offer a fine selection of beers for you to enjoy. Draught beers will always include Guinness (poured correctly, of course!), Bass, Harp, Gaelic Ale, Stella Artois, and a Cider. Depending on the pub, other draughts may include Boddington, Newcastle, Yuengling, Shocktop or Blue Moon.

Bottle beers we have many. We try to keep an impressive selection of imported beers as well as your standard domestics. Watch out on the imports - their alcohol content can surprise you, like our Delirium with a 8.5% alcohol content. If you're lucky enough to be in the pub when we get beer that's been aged in whisky barrels - you're in for a treat.  Charlotte has our largest selections of Scottish Beers - including Belhaven Scottish Ale, Highland Oatmeal Porter, Kelpie Seaweed Ale, Session Golden Ale, Red MacGregor, Skull Splittter and Wee Beast.
